Francis — Francis Njanje

Director MVO
Francis is both the founder and director of the Malawi Volunteer Organisation and plays a major role in driving the vision of the organisation’s work in the community.

Carl Grossmann — Carl Grossmann

International Overseer
Carl Is the International Overseer for the MVO and is also Chairman of the African Conservation Trust. Part of his Role is to provide back up for Francis when things get busy. Ask about his other business.

Alex — Alex Mpota

General Manager
The organisation’s eyes and ears! From project operations and liaising with key stakeholders to volunteer coordination and infrastructure maintenance, Alex is responsible for ensuring MVO is running smoothly!

Madalo — Madalo Kamzati

Administration
Madalo looks after Adminstration for the MVO. She also promotes Women's Empowerment and related issues within the local Community and monitors the food security programs for the MVO.

Dickens — Dickens Mahwayo

Project Coordinator
The voice of MVO! As project coordinator, he is responsible for research appraisal, liaising with government & designing projects to ensure MVO continues to have a positive impact in the community.

Evanz — Evanz Kanyama

Housekeeper
The house in Namakoma Village is kept in impeccable condition for volunteers thanks to Evanz. Ensures that the beds are made and bathrooms and living spaces are kept tidy at all times!

Frank — Frank

The Chef
While Malawi is limited as to what it can offer on the menu, Frank does his best to ensure a variety of delicious and nourishing meals are served to volunteers throughout their stay at MVO House.

Joseph — Joseph Labana

General Duties
MVO’s all rounder! He has been with MVO since the beginning and has a range of project duties & at MVO house. A key role is assisting medical volunteers by translating on medical projects.

Daka — Lionel Riaz

Social Media
Lionel is new to the MVO but not new to Social Media. He is responsible for marketing & expanding the Social Media footprint of the MVO
